Shaping in Real Life, Cohort 6

We're excited to announce the sixth (wow!) cohort of Shaping in Real Life, coming in October.
I like to keep in touch with our alumni. Last week I talked to a senior PM from our previous cohort who just got promoted to CPO. She was telling me about a project she just ran. She started off by saying "we didn't do it exactly as you prescribed..." and then went on to show me how she used each of the tools from the course to narrow down an out-of-control project and shape it together with her team.
That quote is music to my ears, because there is no "one" process. But with the right language and tools — and some newfound skills — we can take hold of the work that is front of our noses and steer it in the right direction.
Cohort 6 will take place October 7-22, with a Shaping Workshop on Friday, October 11 and Q&A session on Tuesday, October 22.
Once again, we'll have 20 spots available, and we expect them to go quickly. (All of the previous cohorts sold out in under two weeks.)
